Connected Living Asia Summit Agenda

The first of the Connected Living regional summits took place Tuesday 25 April to Thursday 27 April 2012, in Seoul, Korea.  GSMA Connected Living Programme Head, Ana Tavares Lattibeudiere opened the Summit by thanking the event host, KT for the considerable time and energy spent planning the meeting.

70 regional operators, vendors, m2m players and vertical industry experts networked to share knowledge, best practise, case studies and business models.  The 3 day agenda included a Seminar, a Webinar, vertical specific workshops for mAutomotive, mEducation, mHealth, and Smart Cities together with evening networking drinks and dinner.  On the third day delegates were invited to undertake an Experience Tour which included a visit to Dongtan U-City, KT’s R&D HQ and a Samsung D’Light retail store.

Over the course of just a few decades, mobile has become one of the largest and most significant platforms in history, with six billion connections and transforming the way we communicate and access information, entertainment and the Internet as a whole.
