Connected Living Asia Summit, Shanghai

Start: Monday 24 June 2013

End: Wednesday 26 June 2013

Venue: Kerry Hotel

The number of connected devices is predicted to reach over 25 billion by 2020, and within that, mobile connected devices will double from 2011 to nearly 12 billion in 2020. This explosive growth will support an addressable revenue opportunity for mobile operators of nearly US$1.2 trillion by 2020, a seven-fold increase from expected revenues in 2011, and will also provide significant growth potential for the entire ecosystem.

To capitalise on this enormous opportunity, the GSMA is calling for collaboration across the entire ecosystem to demonstrate how mobile technology in everything from tablet PCs to new healthcare devices can enhance people’s personal and business lives.

The Connected Living Summit will combine a summary of the latest developments in the M2M and Connected Experiences market with expert insight into the future development of the market. This broad industry approach will be complemented by in-depth sessions on key markets including mAutomotive, mEducation, mHealth and Smart Cities.
