This year’s GSMA Mobile World Congress in Barcelona attracted 85,000 visitors, 1800 exhibitors and government delegations from over 160 countries. Mobile operators, software companies, equipment providers and Internet companies, as well as representatives from sectors as diverse as automotive, finance and healthcare came together to showcase and debate the future of mobile.
While we will not be able to recreate the full Mobile World Congress experience in Brussels, we would like to invite you on Monday 17 March from 16:30 to 19:00 to the GSMA Europe office for a taste of what went on, and of some of the key trends and developments that were identified and showcased.
“A Taste of Mobile World Congress 2014” will draw on the insights of EU institutional representatives and industry analysts from the mobile and the app sectors who attended the event. It will be a participative session, moderated by journalist Jennifer Baker, with all attendees encouraged to express their views on this year’s key conference theme: Creating What’s Next! Following the session please join us for a glass of wine to continue the conversation.
