Join the main regional industry regulatory debates at the next REGU meeting in Cartagena de Indias

The REGU working group will meet for the second time this year in the beautiful Colombian city of Cartagena de Indias.

On Thursday 5 and Friday 6 November the event will be carried out at the Las Americas Hotel immersed in a great Latin American regulatory meeting space. The REGU meeting will be co-located with the Regulatel Plenary Meeting and the 6th Latam-UE Regulatory Symposium of Cullen-International.

All the activities will be hold in the same hotel.

The Latin American regulatory leaders will discuss about the key topics of the area during the two-day meeting:

• OTTs regulation, levelling the playing field.
• Neutrality of the Internet Ecosystem.
• Regulation of new business models (Zero Rating, Sponsored Data plans, Internet.org, etc.).
• The 700 MHz band and the importance of a cleaning schedule.
• Taxes as an obstacle to universalize mobile Internet service.
• The importance of local content to drive growth of Internet adoption in Latin America.

Moreover, we would like to invite you to participate in two great Mini Workshops carried along with Cullen International. One workshop is about OTTs regulation and the other one is about Spectrum on Thursday 5 and Friday 6 respectively.
