GSMA Mobile for Development travelled to Palestine in the Summer of 2013 to learn more about four innovative services that Souktel have built. Palestine and Gaza Strip are subject to frequent bouts of upheaval and face acute challenges. Souktel has demonstrated how the imaginative use of mobile can help these challenges be met.
