Bankable Frontier Associates will be hosting the ‘Executive Regulatory Training for Mobile Operators’ event, a one-day, invitation-only workshop held on the Monday which explores how to assess the available mobile money business models, understand the regulatory environment and choose the best model for a given country. On the last day of the event, the GSMA’s invitation-only Leadership Forum will bring together a large number of decision makers from mobile operators and Central Banks to discuss how to remove regulatory hurdles for mobile money.

The exhibition and extensive conference programme has VISA as Platinum Event Sponsor and is co-organised with, CGAP, an independent microfinance centre based at the World Bank, and IFC, a member of the World Bank Group, as co-organizers. In addition to the outlined activity, the event will also include the industry’s premier forum for Mobile Money networking with C- level leaders of financial services institutions, mobile operators, development aggregator organisations and solutions providers, as well as regulators and policy makers.
