Valuing the Use of Spectrum in the EU
This report, commissioned by the GSMA, provides an input to the European Commission‘s wireless policy. It offers an independent assessment in which Plum Consulting estimate, for 2013 and 2023, the economic value generated across the EU27 by applications that are major users of spectrum. For many applications spectrum is an essential input. But technology is changing spectrum requirements.
