Zhaslan Madiyev, Deputy Prime Minister and Minister of Artificial Intelligence and Digital Development of the Republic of Kazakhstan, in Astana to discuss opportunities to further strengthen cooperation between GSMA and Kazakhstan.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The meeting focused on the continued development of Kazakhstan\u2019s telecommunications sector and digital economy, as well as the role of advanced connectivity in supporting the country\u2019s digital transformation and AI ambitions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><strong>\ud83e\udd1d Strengthening cooperation in Kazakhstan<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The two sides discussed opportunities for closer collaboration between the government and the mobile industry, including how GSMA\u2019s global expertise and international community can support Kazakhstan\u2019s continued development as a leading digital market in the region.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">A key outcome of the meeting was the agreement to hold M360 Eurasia 2027 in Astana, bringing together policymakers, mobile operators, technology leaders and the wider digital ecosystem from across Eurasia.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The event will provide a platform to exchange experience, strengthen regional and international partnerships, and explore the next generation of connectivity and digital services.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">GSMA looks forward to strengthening its cooperation with the Government of Kazakhstan and working together with the country\u2019s mobile and digital ecosystem towards M360 Eurasia 2027 in Astana.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-8f761849 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<figure class=\"wp-block-image size-large\"><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" width=\"1024\" height=\"536\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/eurasia\/wp-content\/uploads\/2026\/10\/news_minister_eurasia_1_1200x628-1024x536.png\" alt=\"Two men in suits stand behind a conference table with microphones, documents, and water bottles.
