Las grandes inversiones en infraestructura y la competencia entre los operadores m\u00f3viles \u2014favorecidas por pol\u00edticas y regulaciones adecuadas\u2014 han permitido mejoras continuas en la velocidad y la calidad de las redes, as\u00ed como la prestaci\u00f3n de servicios m\u00f3viles hasta en las\u00a0comunidades rurales m\u00e1s remotas.<\/p>\n<p>La GSMA considera que los ciudadanos de un pa\u00eds se benefician m\u00e1s cuando el sector p\u00fablico y\u00a0el privado trabajan juntos, con esp\u00edritu de confianza y franqueza, pues es entonces cuando los\u00a0reguladores y los encargados de formular las pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas crean las condiciones necesarias para fomentar la inversi\u00f3n en las telecomunicaciones, promover la innovaci\u00f3n y\u00a0reforzar la confianza en los servicios digitales.<\/p>\n<p>Esta es la raz\u00f3n por la cual apoyamos las acciones de los gobiernos y reguladores para introducir pol\u00edticas de telecomunicaciones que favorezcan la inversi\u00f3n. El Manual de pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas de comunicaciones m\u00f3viles: Una gu\u00eda de temas clave que forma parte de las iniciativas de la GSMA para promover esa colaboraci\u00f3n.
