Los pagos se proponen como una soluci\u00f3n basada en el mercado que podr\u00eda mejorar los resultados para los consumidores y ayudar a lograr las metas de inversiones, conectividad y de inclusi\u00f3n digital. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Exploramos el caso econ\u00f3mico de implementar una posible soluci\u00f3n basada en el mercado en la que los GGT se enfrenten a una se\u00f1al de precio por el uso de la red p\u00fablica.
