El <a href=\"http:\/\/w20argentina.com\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/10\/W20_Communique%CC%81_eng.pdf\" target=\"_blank\">Communiqu\u00e9 Final<\/a> se entreg\u00f3 a los jefes de estado, representados por el Presidente de la Argentina Mauricio Macri, durante la Cumbre del W20 celebrada del 1 al 3 de octubre en Buenos Aires. El documento incluye recomendaciones para implementar pol\u00edticas p\u00fablicas en cuatro ejes de acci\u00f3n: inclusi\u00f3n digital, inclusi\u00f3n laboral, inclusi\u00f3n financiera y desarrollo rural. Como parte de su rol de Topic Chair en el eje de trabajo de Inclusi\u00f3n Digital, la GSMA lider\u00f3 la discusi\u00f3n sobre este tema, una de las claves para alcanzar el Objetivo de Desarrollo Sostenible #5: Igualdad de G\u00e9nero.<\/p>\n<p>La GSMA ha asumido el compromiso de lograr una mayor inclusi\u00f3n digital y financiera de las mujeres, entendiendo que el m\u00f3vil es la principal v\u00eda de acceso a internet en muchas partes del mundo. Para garantizar esta meta, el Communiqu\u00e9 destaca el acceso y el uso de tecnolog\u00edas digitales e internet en el primer lugar del llamado a la acci\u00f3n. Adem\u00e1s, plantea la necesidad de obtener datos desagregados por g\u00e9nero para formular pol\u00edticas basadas en pruebas, as\u00ed como iniciativas para mejorar las competencias digitales e impulsar la participaci\u00f3n de las mujeres en carreras e industrias STEM (ciencia, tecnolog\u00eda, ingenier\u00eda y matem\u00e1tica, por sus siglas en ingl\u00e9s).<\/p>\n<p>Durante la Cumbre del W20 qued\u00f3 clara la naturaleza transversal de la inclusi\u00f3n digital; los oradores se\u00f1alaron que no solo era relevante en s\u00ed misma, sino tambi\u00e9n esencial para la inclusi\u00f3n financiera y laboral, al igual que para el desarrollo de las mujeres en zonas rurales. El grupo de afinidad que representa la voz del sector privado entreg\u00f3 sus recomendaciones dos d\u00edas despu\u00e9s del W20, tambi\u00e9n en Buenos Aires. El B20 subray\u00f3 la importancia de acelerar las inversiones en infraestructura digital, cerrar las brechas en competencias digitales y facilitar el libre flujo de datos para el desarrollo.<\/p>\n<p>Los Comunicados de los grupos se presentar\u00e1n ante los jefes de estado del G20 durante la Cumbre que se realizar\u00e1 en diciembre. Se espera que los l\u00edderes act\u00faen en l\u00ednea con estas recomendaciones, desarrollando planes de implementaci\u00f3n con plazos y objetivos, e informando p\u00fablicamente sobre los resultados.<\/p>\n<h3>Tech4Girls: Inclusi\u00f3n Digital de las Ni\u00f1as<\/h3>\n<p>Como evento paralelo a la Cumbre del W20, la GSMA organiz\u00f3 en sus oficinas de Am\u00e9rica Latina un taller <strong><a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/north-america\/women-4-tech-executives\/\">Tech4Girls<\/a><\/strong>, donde estudiantes de colegios secundarios de Buenos Aires aprendieron a programar una aplicaci\u00f3n m\u00f3vil con impacto social. El objetivo de la actividad, que forma parte de la iniciativa mundial de la GSMA <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/north-america\/women-4-tech-executives\/\">Women4Tech<\/a>, es inspirar a las j\u00f3venes a optar por educaci\u00f3n y carreras STEM. El evento incluy\u00f3 charlas a cargo de <strong>Mar\u00eda In\u00e9s Baqu\u00e9<\/strong>, Secretaria de Gobierno Digital e Innovaci\u00f3n Tecnol\u00f3gica de la Secretar\u00eda de Modernizaci\u00f3n de la Argentina, y <strong>Silvana Giudici<\/strong>, Presidenta del Directorio de ENACOM (Ente Nacional de Comunicaciones de Argentina). No es solo por sus carreras a nivel individual, tambi\u00e9n como esfuerzo colectivo para ayudar a que m\u00e1s mujeres se integren al mundo digital\u201d<\/strong>, sostuvo.<\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cAbracen la tecnolog\u00eda, necesitamos ser m\u00e1s mujeres en este \u00e1mbito, en las empresas y en el Estado\u201d<\/strong>, agreg\u00f3 la Secretaria Baqu\u00e9. <\/p>\n<p><strong>\u201cHoy aqu\u00ed se respira muy buena energ\u00eda. Tenemos que seguir trabajando para que m\u00e1s mujeres ocupen roles de liderazgo en todas las instituciones\u201d<\/strong>, coment\u00f3 Grobocopatel. Al cierre del evento, Balbo recorri\u00f3 todo el trabajo realizado por el W20 y dijo: <strong>\u201cEs una forma muy linda de terminar la semana de la Cumbre.
