Las delegadas, representantes de los veinte pa\u00edses miembros, son parte esencial del di\u00e1logo, ya que aportan la mirada global y diversa sobre los temas. Junto a ellas se lleva a cabo un proceso de consulta permanente, a trav\u00e9s de una plataforma online, donde se realizan talleres, encuestas, foros, conferencias y trabajo colaborativo.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-22662\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>Finalmente, el di\u00e1logo internacional se consolida con el aporte de expertas pertenecientes a organizaciones internacionales que cooperan en sus \u00e1reas de conocimiento y funcionan como asesoras de todo el desarrollo del contenido.<\/p>\n<p>El di\u00e1logo internacional es un proceso de consulta interactivo, fluido, donde se desarrolla el conocimiento que va a nutrir los comunicados, de forma presencial y virtual.
