Os pagamentos s\u00e3o propostos como uma solu\u00e7\u00e3o baseada no mercado que poderia melhorar os resultados para os consumidores e ajudar a atingir as metas de investimento, conectividade e de inclus\u00e3o digital. Exploramos o caso econ\u00f4mico da implementa\u00e7\u00e3o de uma poss\u00edvel solu\u00e7\u00e3o baseada no mercado, na qual os GGTs enfrentam um sinal de pre\u00e7o para o uso da rede p\u00fablica. <\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Com foco em um princ\u00edpio geral, e n\u00e3o em um projeto esquem\u00e1tico espec\u00edfico, analisamos o potencial dos pagamentos como um instrumento para melhorar a efici\u00eancia econ\u00f4mica.
