The increase reflects the impact of the macroeconomic context on a sector with dollarized inputs. The cost of spectrum as a percentage of operators&#8217; recurring revenues rose from 2% in 2015 to 10% in 2021, double the regional median (5%).<\/p>\n<p>This resource is available in Spanish.
