To make your reservation, you will need to contact the hotel of your choice by sending in the reservation form.<\/p>\n<h3><strong>Please read the following before you book:<\/strong><\/h3>\n<p>&nbsp;<\/p>\n<ul>\n<li>To make a reservation, you will need to contact the hotel of your choice by sending in the ECLAC hotel reservation form.<\/li>\n<li>The special rates apply exclusively to reservations made through the ECLAC form.<\/li>\n<li>Reservation requests must be made directly with the hotel before the deadline indicated on the ECLAC hotel reservation form. After the deadline, the hotel reserves the right to change the rate and cannot guarantee availability of rooms.<\/li>\n<li>The rates do not include 19% value added tax (VAT). Payments made in dollars using travellers\u2019 cheques or international credit card are exempt from VAT.<\/li>\n<li>To be eligible for the special ECLAC rate, reservations must be made individually by each attendee, not through agencies or by other means. All attendees are responsible for their own reservations.
