The delegates, representing the twenty member countries and an essential piece in the dialogue process, provide a global and diverse perspective on the issues. Together with them, a permanent consultation process takes place by means of an online platform, where workshops, surveys, forums, conferences and collaborative work are conducted.<\/p>\n<p><img loading=\"lazy\" decoding=\"async\" class=\"alignright wp-image-22662\" src=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3-300x300.png\" alt=\"\" width=\"250\" height=\"250\" srcset=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3-300x300.png 300w, https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3-150x150.png 150w, https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/about-us\/regions\/latin-america-and-the-caribbean\/wp-content\/uploads\/2018\/06\/600x600-3.png 600w\" sizes=\"auto, (max-width: 250px) 100vw, 250px\" \/>Finally, international dialogue becomes consolidated by the contribution of experts from international organizations that contribute to their areas of knowledge and serve as advisors of all the content development.<br \/>\nInternational dialogue entails an interactive and fluent consultation process, both in person and virtually, where the knowledge that will nourish all statements is developed.
