She will lead T25, Telstra\u2019s strategy for sustainable growth which is designed to:<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<ul class=\"ul1\">\n<li class=\"li1\">Create exceptional customer experiences you can count on;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Lead network and technology solutions that deliver your future;<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Deliver sustained growth and value for shareholders; and<\/li>\n<li class=\"li1\">Create the place you want to work<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vicki joined Telstra in 2016 and was most recently Chief Financial Officer and Strategy &amp; Finance Group Executive. In this role, Vicki guided the company\u2019s financial performance and reporting, led the development of and progress against its corporate strategy, and oversaw its risk and internal audit capabilities, with the aim of delivering shareholder value over the long term.<\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Before this, Vicki was head of Telstra\u2019s Consumer &amp; Small Business function. In this role she led a business unit with $14.6 billion of income and was one of the architects of the T22 strategy. She has also held roles as Group Managing Director, Sales &amp; Service and Group Managing Director, Consumer. Before working at Telstra, Vicki gained extensive executive leadership experience in telecommunications and service companies in Australia and internationally, working for organisations including Optus, SingTel and KPMG.<span class=\"Apple-converted-space\">\u00a0<\/span><\/p>\n<p class=\"p1\">Vicki has a Bachelor of Commerce from the Australian National University and a Master of Science in Management from Stanford University\u2019s Graduate School of Business.
