They are then on hand to answer any questions you may have.\u2003<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-happens-once-i-ve-accepted-an-offer\"><strong>What happens once I\u2019ve accepted an offer?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">Once you notify us that you wish to proceed with the offer, you will receive a formal offer letter through our recruitment system, Workday, outlining all the details you\u2019ve discussed, and the onboarding process begins.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-where-can-i-see-what-benefits-i-will-be-entitled-to\"><strong>Where can I see what benefits I will be entitled to?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">We will send you a copy of the benefits package at the same time as your offer letter via Workday (our recruitment platform). Your Talent Partner will ask you what your preferences are once you have accepted the offer. This is subject to availability and location restrictions.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<h2 class=\"has-medium-font-size wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-what-does-your-onboarding-process-look-like\"><strong>What does your onboarding process look like?<\/strong><\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">This varies depending on the capacity you will working with us. Permanent and fixed- term employees will work directly with our People Operations team.
