Ritesh Chandra

Managing Director, Communications and Media Lead, Southeast Asia, Accenture

Ritesh is an experienced professional with 20+ years of experience having delivered numerous complex and large projects. Ritesh joined Accenture in Nov 2011. Prior joining to Accenture he has worked with KMPG and Infosys. He holds MBA degree from NUS (organization & strategy) and has engineering degree (Electronics and telecom). He also completed a Disruptive Strategy course from Harvard and Business Analytics from Kellogg.
In his 10 working years with Accenture, he has led high impact assignments which includes 5G commercialization, Data Monetization strategy, Customer Experience Blueprint, Next Best Action, Segmentation/Campaign strategy, BSS Transformation, Cost Transformation and many more. Ritesh is currently authoring PoVs on AI enabled CVM and Advanced Customer Engagement (ACE).

Boon Seong Lim

Group Head of Global Policy, Government Relations and Communications (Airline), airasia Group

Boon is the Group Head of Global Policy, Government Relations and Communications (Airline) at airasia Group. He leads a regional team to design, advocate and implement public policies that advance airasia Group’s aviation and digital businesses, both across ASEAN and beyond. He also strategises and executes airasia Group’s communication strategy, especially in aviation-related matters.

Prior to airasia, Boon was a Senior Economist at the Central Bank of Malaysia (BNM), where he provided expert assessments, forecasts and policy advice in areas of international economics, monetary and industrial sector policies to the Malaysian Government.  At BNM, Boon was part of a number of high-level national projects, and he was also heavily involved in research on trade and economic crisis.

Boon received his BSc in Economics from the London School of Economics and Political Science (LSE) in the United Kingdom.

 

Patrick Castagnino

Patrick CASTAGNINO has more than 20 years of connectivity experience working in the aviation industry with multiple roles (Engineering, customer support, Maintenance, Project & Program, Digital Transformation & Connectivity innovation…) . He is now Connectivity Business Development for Digital Aviation at Airbus with the role to develop the connectivity business for Airbus Commercial and global convergence for Airbus group: 5G Connected Aircraft, Aircraft remote predictive maintenance and future seamless passenger connectivity, 5G IoT for Manufacturing, Internet-of-Things (IoT), new technologies…

Lily Lai

Chief Information Officer, Airport Authority Hong Kong

Currently the Chief Information Officer of Airport Authority Hong Kong, Ms Lily Lai has been in the Information Technology (IT) industry for over 30 years serving the aviation sector for over 20 years. She is responsible for the strategic planning, technology transformation and provisioning of IT services to Hong Kong International Airport and its community.  She is also active in community works to promote IT industry development, green IT, innovation and talent cultivation.

Trained as an engineer, Ms Lai’s technical expertise spans from industrial design, software development to youth coaching in the NGO community. She has extensive business and management experience in the banking, consultancy, logistics, transportation and aviation industries.

Ms Lai obtained her BSc Degree (Hons) in Industrial Engineering from the University of Hong Kong.

Johnson Zhang

General Manager, Network Development Division, China Mobile Hong Kong

Mr. Johnson Zhang, General Manager of Network Development Division of China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited responsible for the Company’s strategic and investment planning, mobile, transmission & broadband network implementation and Operations, he has also led the Company in winning a number of major commercial initiatives including the latest addition of “Implementation of Enterprise 5G Infrastructure and Managed Services for The Hong Kong International Airport” for the Airport Authority Hong Kong.

Mr. Johnson Zhang started his career as software development engineer and has over 21 years of work experience in telecommunications industry with expertise in Mobile Core, BSS and OSS, Fixed Network Transmission planning, development and operations, Sales and Marketing, he had held various senior management positions at Ericsson (China) and Ericsson (Middle East) prior joining China Mobile Hong Kong Company Limited.

Mr. Johnson Zhang obtained his BSc (Hons) Degree in Computer Science from the JilIn University, China.

Terence Wong

Market Development Director, Head of APAC 5G Industry & IoT Community, APAC, GSMA

Terence serves as the Market Development Director at APAC Technology team in GSMA. The key focus is on 5G, IoT, eSIM. He establishes the APAC IoT partnership programme and the APAC 5G Industry Community that accelerates the 5G and IoT ecosystem development and innovation in the APAC region. The IoT partnership programme accumulates 60+ MNOs, 500+ innovators and ecosystem members in 20+ APAC countries, jointly drive the digital transformation in various sector including manufacturing, transportation, logistics & port, healthcare, smarty city, agriculture and environment protection etc.

Worked for IT/Telco industry for over twenty years, Terence has strong and broad experiences in telecom industries on infrastructure, product development and management, consultancy, sales and marketing. He has worked for multinational companies such as Fujitsu, Nokia, and served as the architect, consultant, product lead and pre-sales head of BSS/OSS in the Asia region.

Terence has Bachelor of Engineering (Electronic Engineering) in Hong Kong University of Science and Technology and Master of Business Administration (Information Technology Management) in Hong Kong Polytechnics University, previously certified as Project Management Professional (Project Management Institute).

Andy C. Bien

Chief Digital Officer, Global Aviation of Huawei Technologies

Former Chief Information Officer, Hong Kong Airport Authority, 35 years of ICT and management experience, 20 years in the airport industry. Passionate about digital transformation and data applications. He was responsible for strategic technology planning and execution at Hong Kong International Airport.

He led the smart airport and data-driven airport initiatives, crafted the technology roadmap in 2015 to guide the airport for the next 10 years. Recently, his focus are on advancing airport technology in several key areas, including biometrics, mobile and self-service technology, robotics, autonomous vehicles, artificial intelligence and digital twin; enabled by smart infrastructure, including the enterprise analytics platforms, hybrid cloud infrastructure, IoT platforms, future wireless platforms including WiFi 6, and an enterprise 5G infrastructure across the entire airport island.

Mr Bien is currently the Chief Digital Officer, Global Aviation of Huawei Technologies. In this capacity, Mr Bien continued to focus in the area of future connectivity, green aviation and AI applications in the industry.
