The process is technically complex, though feasible, provided that policymakers adopt a flexible, region-specific approach supported by updated regulations.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The reward for getting it right is significant. Low-band spectrum, including 600 MHz, drives digital equality, reducing the gap between urban and rural areas and delivering affordable connectivity. Without sufficient low-band spectrum, the digital divide will likely widen, and those living in rural areas will be excluded from the latest digital technologies.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">The report is written by TMG.
