Spectrum licence renewals should also be rooted in the same principles to ensure continuation and sustainable growth of mobile networks.<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<h2 id=\"h-policy-positions\" class=\"wp-block-heading\">Policy Positions<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\"><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">1. Spectrum should be priced at levels that benefit society<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">2. Spectrum prices should be derived from current market conditions<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">3. Spectrum pricing should reflect increasing capacity and performance requirements<\/p>\n\n\n\n<p class=\"wp-block-paragraph\">4.
