Next Generation Mobile Networks will be the Centerpiece of Mobile World Congress 2017

For some time, All-IP Communications and 5G have been two of the most widely discussed and anticipated technologies in the mobile industry. Following a year of significant progress in both fields, the industry is now in a position to unveil the latest capabilities and commercial opportunities of All-IP and 5G in a series of showcases and seminars at this year’s Mobile World Congress.

Following the backing of the GSMA’s Universal Profile by 59 Operators, handset manufacturers and OS providers, All-IP Communications is poised to fundamentally transform the way in which we communicate. Those visiting Network 2020 in Innovation City, Hall 4, will be able to experience the future of operator messaging via a number of live demonstrations from Deutsche Telekom, Google, Orange, Reliance Jio, Virgin, Vodafone and Walgreen/Boots  showcasing Chatbots and how business messaging will improve consumers lives. Businesses will also benefit from our next generation city bus stop, which will exhibit how LTE Broadcast technology can be integrated with urban environments to deliver dynamic advertising and blue service support to share incident information.

New messaging platforms will be the central theme of our seminar A New Global Platform for Conversation Chabot’s & Commerce, which will feature leading experts from Analysys Mason, Deutsche Telekom, Google, Orange, Reliance Jio, Virgin, Vodafone and Walgreen/Boots. The seminar is a must for anyone seeking to understand the commercial strategies and deployments of chatbots, conversational commerce and the myriad of opportunities unlocked by Advanced Communications.

Join us in our seminar to discover how 5G will unlock commercial opportunities – 5G Beyond Technology into Business Impact. This event will discuss how the mobile industry is paving the way for this new standard by shaping strategic, commercial and regulatory framework. A prime event for operators and vertical industries, this seminar will contain thought leaders from Deutsche Telekom, Jaguar Land Rover, NTT Docomo, Samsung and Verizon.

Witness the power and potential of 5G through a variety of demonstrations from Network 2020 in Innovation City. One of the most striking will be Jaguar Land Rover’s new car, the F-Pace. Here, visitors will be able to step inside and experience a range of entertainment, diagnostics and vehicle-to-vehicle information seamlessly transmitted to the user. With the potential to support so many industries and services, 5G will be required to be able to meet different needs and priorities. This will be the focal point of our joint demonstration with King’s College, Latency Art, which help people understand how the network can be ‘sliced’ through innovative light illustrations.
