Paul has over 20 years’ experience in the Mobile industry within operator and service provider environments across seven different countries, having launched many niche mobile propositions in these markets.

John Duffy is a technology entrepreneur and the Founder and CEO of 3Cinteractive (3C), which was acquired by IMImobile in 2019. In his new role, Global Head of Future Business Messaging, John advocates for RCS Business Messaging and other emerging channels, educating operators and enterprises on how to leverage, monetize and maximize this disruptive technology.
John also works as an operating partner at Kayne Anderson Capital Advisors and serves as a board member of The Dan Marino Foundation. John lives in Delray Beach and has two adult daughters. He is an avid reader, loves hot rods and motorcycles, and plays the guitar in a local band

David leads the strategic development of BT’s Consumer Marketplace platform, covering a range of areas including data monetisation. David has over eight years of telco experience having previously headed up EE’s Corporate Strategy team prior to the BT/EE transaction. As Vice President of Future Messaging for IMImobile, Ramy is heavily involved in the global RCS ecosystem and sits on several GSMA Global Requirements and Specifications Groups that actively develop the Universal Profile for RCS. Additionally, he is a regular participant and speaker at RCS-focused mobile events across the globe.

Ignacio Garcia Comin
Ignacio García Comín has an Engineering degree by the Escuela Técnica Superior de Ingenieros Industriales in Valencia (Spain). He also has a Postgraduate (PDG) from IESE of Navarra University. During his professional trajectory, he has held key positions as a leader with many international companies where he faced digital transformation challenges.
He joined Telefonica International Wholesale Services in 2009 and now he is responsible for the Digital Solutions & Mobility Unit which includes IPX, Roaming Services, IoT, A2P Bulk SMS and RCS /Digital Messaging Services.
Vice President of Carrier Operations & Automation, Tracfone Wireless
Ricky Ramon is Vice President of Operations and Automation at TracFone Wireless Inc. with 23 years of Telecommunications experience. During his TracFone tenure, Ricky had led multiple automation initiatives that have yielded over 94% in sustained containment rates driving huge cost savings to the enterprise. Beyond automation, Ricky is also responsible for the Operations relationships with the US Tier 1 MNO’s. Prior to his telecommunication career, Ricky played professional baseball for the Chicago White Sox.
