Nokia has developed its Network as Code platform, which is intended to be a trusted two-sided ecosystem paradigm that abstracts network complexities and exposes developer-friendly interfaces that can be used to deploy apps across multiple public and private networks. Nokia is providing software development kits (SDKs) that remove the need for the app provider to know the details of how a network works or which provider is offering the service.
