On June 26, 2024, at the GTI Summit during MWC Shanghai, GSMA and GTI formalised a new partnership aimed at driving innovation in the telecommunications sector. The partnership between GSMA’s innovation hub, GSMA Foundry, and the GTI 5G-A×AI Development Programme will launch a challenge later in 2024, focused on the development of converged solutions utilising 5G Advanced and Artificial Intelligence.
