Connect with your Membership Manager 

If your organisation is already a GSMA Member and you are a designated contact or Member Information Manager (MIM), you may find it expedient to reach out directly to your GSMA Membership Manager for assistance.


To find your GSMA Membership Manager, follow these steps: 

  • Log in to Member Gateway: Use your organisation’s login details to access the Member Gateway platform. 
  • View your organisation’s homepage: Once logged in, go to ‘Member Organisations’ and locate your company, your GSMA Membership Manager information will be shown in Contacts on the right-hand side.  

If you are not a designated contact, you can reach out to your MIM to get more information about how you can get involved in your company’s activities with the GSMA. 

 

Alternatively, login to Member Gateway, for more information about our various Working Groups and Projects. 


Who is my Member Information Manager (MIM)?
Your Member Information Manager (MIM) is a designated representative within your organisation who is responsible for managing GSMA Membership relations. 

To find your MIM, follow these steps:
  • Log in to Member Gateway: Use your organisation’s login details to access the Member Gateway platform. 
  • View your organisations homepage: Once logged in, go to ‘Member Organisations’ and locate your company, MIM information will be shown in Contacts on the right-hand side.


First time access to Member Gateway
To access Member Gateway for the first time, follow these steps to request access: 
  1. Log in to the My Access portal. Member Gateway access requires you to authenticate using your organisation’s login credentials. Once authenticated, you will also need to satisfy Member Gateway’s own Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirements.  
  2. Under the “Available” tab, request the access package with “Member” in its name (e.g., “AP-MG-XXXXXX-Member”). 
  3. Your Member Information Manager (MIM) a designated representative within your organisation will review the request and notify you via email. 
Once approved, log in to Member Gateway using your credentials and follow your organisation’s authentication process and Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) method. 

Unable to login to Member Gateway

If you are experiencing problems logging in to Member Gateway, check the following: 
  1. Login Details: Check that you are using your organisation’s login details (sometimes your computer might default to the wrong account).  To check the account that you’re logged in to go to “My Access” and click your initials in the top right-hand corner. 
  2. Password: Your user credentials are managed by your organisation’s IT support team. For password resets, please contact them directly, as they have the necessary access to assist you. 
  3. Authentication: Member Gateway access requires you to authenticate using your organisation’s login credentials. Once authenticated, you will also need to satisfy Member Gateway’s own Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirements. If you’ve switched devices or are having problems; Reset your MFA 
  4. Access Package: If you have not already, request the request the appropriate access package under the “Available” tab in the “My Access” portal.
Updates to your Organisation

If you are an authorised representative of a GSMA Member organisation, and you would like us to make changes to your Organisation’s profile, billing or contacts, here are some useful contacts: 

  • Member Gateway Access:  
    • New users (see ‘first time access’). 
    • Existing users: visit ‘My Access‘ to request additional access packages; approval requests will be sent to the MIM. 
    • Remove Users: MIM should request the change. 
    • View Users: use the ‘Contact Search’ option in the Member Directory to display all users connected to your organisation. For more details on a user’s access packages, reach out to the membership team. 
  • Update your Organisations profile: To update your organisation’s profile (e.g., logo, bio, organisation type, key contacts), contact the membership team with details of the changes you wish to make. 
  • Update your billing contact: Notify the membership team to make changes to your billing contacts. 
  • Update your membership type: You should discuss changes with your GSMA Membership Manager. To find their contact info, log in to Member Gateway, navigate to ‘Member Organisations,’ and locate your company. Your GSMA Membership Manager’s information will be shown in Contacts on the right-hand side.

Roaming Gateway Support
Access to the GSMA Roaming Gateway (RAEX) is limited to Operator and Rapporteur members.  For information about RAEX, log in to Member Gateway and visit General RAEX information
 
For technical queries related to Roaming Gateway, RAEX IOT/OpData/IR.21/IR.85 please email [email protected].

If need to get access to the Roaming Gateway (RAEX): 
  1. Log in to the My Access portal using your organisation’s login details. 
  2. Under the “Available” tab, request the RAEX access packages you would like to access to. 
  3. Your Member Information Manager (MIM) a designated representative within your organisation will review the request and notify you via email. 
Once approved, your access level will be updated to include your new access packages.
