This text is itself consecutive with the<br>LAW N\u00b0 99-019 of the 7\/11\/1999 relating to telecommunications.<br>Mauritel is a dynamic company turned towards the future which, since its creation, plays significant<br>role in the economic and social development of Mauritania.<br>Mauritel is the heiress of the telecom activity of the historical operator, the OPT and is a global<br>operator (GSM, ISDN, 3G).
