<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Even in the age of 5G, voice and messaging are fundamental applications of mobile networks. Indeed, many businesses continue to rely heavily on operators\u2019 communications channels to interact with customers. Two new GSMA members \u2013 Beox and Qoolize \u2013 help to facilitate these interactions across much of the globe. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

For more than two decades,\u00a0Beox<\/a>\u00a0has\u00a0focused on combining technical precision with a spirit of collaboration to help\u00a0enterprises and operators build secure and \u201chuman-centred\u201d communication networks\u00a0that will keep\u00a0people and businesses seamlessly connected.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serving\u00a0enterprises\u00a0and OTTs\u00a0in\u00a0more than 150 countries,\u00a0Qoolize<\/a>\u00a0delivers advanced global SMS and messaging solutions, complemented by voice services,\u00a0embedded SIMs (eSIM) and an internet connectivity management\u202fplatform.\u00a0The company also fosters partnerships with mobile network operators (MNOs) and aggregators of all sizes worldwide.\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Qoolize says its \u201cnext-generation, zero-hop infrastructure\u201d empowers enterprises to communicate securely, effortlessly and without borders. \u201cJoining the GSMA represents a significant milestone in Qoolize\u2019s global growth journey,\u201d adds Metin \u015eahin, Managing Director of Qoolize. \u201cWe value GSMA\u2019s role in uniting industry leaders to advance connectivity standards and collaboration. Through this membership, Qoolize aspires to foster strategic connections, share expertise, and actively contribute to crafting a more connected, secure and inventive digital future.” <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Enabling commerce across mobile networks<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

As well as ensuring voice and messaging services\u00a0work across networks, the GSMA supports the interoperability of mobile money services\u00a0–\u00a0the secure\u00a0transfer\u00a0of\u00a0funds\u00a0via\u00a0mobile networks. InTouch,<\/a> another new GSMA member, has a deep interest in this field.\u00a0For the past 10 years, InTouch has been\u00a0supporting\u00a0omnichannel payments\u00a0across\u00a027 countries\u00a0in Africa, providing tailored payment solutions and access to more than 400 digital services. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

Serving more\u00a0than\u00a04,000 customers and 60,000\u00a0\u201cTouchPoints\u201d,\u00a0InTouch says it has\u00a0processed\u00a0nearly\u00a0US$15 billion\u00a0to date.\u00a0\u201cJoining the GSMA allows InTouch to actively contribute to shaping the future of mobile money interoperability across Africa,\u201d\u00a0explains Omar Cisse, CEO of InTouch.\u00a0\u201cThrough this membership, we aim to collaborate with ecosystem partners to advance cross-border digital payments, enhance regulatory harmonisation, and promote inclusive access to secure, interoperable financial services for all.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Mobile networks can\u00a0also\u00a0be employed to support\u00a0digital identification and authentication.\u00a0SecureG<\/a>, which has\u00a0also\u00a0just joined the GSMA,\u00a0provides public key infrastructure (PKI) encryption for\u00a0critical networks and infrastructure, to\u00a0establish\u00a0digital trust and security\u00a0for\u00a0non-human\u00a0identities\u00a0(NHIs),\u00a0which are used to\u00a0execute automated\u00a0machine-to-machine operations.\u00a0\u00a0With a\u00a0focus on certificate analytics, crypto agility, and supply chain traceability,\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

In\u00a0the US,\u00a0SecureG\u00a0is the Certificate Authority for the Branded Calling ID ecosystem, which enables\u00a0businesses to add a display name, logo and call reason to outbound voice calls made to\u00a0mobile\u00a0phones.\u00a0 “Security and interoperability are essential for building a robust and thriving network ecosystem,\u201d notes Damon Kachur, CEO at\u00a0SecureG.\u00a0\u201cBy\u00a0participating\u00a0in organisations,\u00a0such as GSMA, industries unite to address complex challenges and work collectively toward a safer, better world. SecureG\u2019s\u00a0membership in GSMA enables us to share our\u00a0expertise\u00a0and actively support these important initiatives.\u201d\u00a0\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Providing plug and play 5G<\/strong> <\/h4>\n\n\n\n

The final new member joining this month, AILINK<\/a> is aiming to be a global leader in computing and networking infrastructure in the AI era.\u00a0AILINK’s\u00a0end-to-end 5G solutions\u00a0have been deployed by\u00a0more than\u00a0100\u00a0companies\u00a0in\u00a0automotive and\u00a0aircraft\u00a0manufacturing, energy and mining, warehousing and\u00a0logistics, maritime ports,\u00a0and other\u00a0sectors.\u00a0\u00a0<\/p>\n\n\n\n
