New GSMA members focus on delivering advanced communications services and securing embedded software<\/strong><\/h4>\n\n\n\n

While mobile networks now support a huge variety of applications and services, fast and efficient communication remains a key value proposition for ubiquitous wireless connectivity. Indeed, many GSMA members, including several of the latest new members, specialise in enabling compelling communications services for individuals and organisations alike. <\/p>\n\n\n\n

One of the new companies joining the GSMA, London-based Digi-Touch<\/a> describes itself as a global application-to-person (A2P) messaging and managed technology provider. As it seeks to develop scalable solutions across messaging, fraud prevention, and digital enablement, Digi-Touch partners with mobile network operators to secure, enable, and monetise their messaging and digital infrastructure.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJoining the GSMA is an important step in reinforcing Digi-Touch\u2019s operator-centric approach,\u201d says Saj Nabhan, CEO of Digi-Touch. \u201cAs a neutral partner, we are committed to supporting mobile network operators in securing and monetising their messaging and digital infrastructure, and we look forward to collaborating with GSMA members to drive long-term value across the mobile ecosystem.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Communications across more than 200 countries<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

Another new member, Montnets International Communications<\/a> (HK) Co., Limited, also works with telecoms operators around the world to deliver communications. The Hong Kong-based mobile virtual network operator (MVNO) says it offers cloud-based communications in more than 200 countries, directly connecting to more than 80 mobile network operators and more than 500 service providers. It offers A2P SMS, voice, and global roaming solutions, with a view to ensuring reliable, high-performance connectivity for enterprises.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cMontnets International is delighted to join the GSMA membership,\u201d says Chuang Wai Fung, CEO of the company. \u201cThis important milestone allows us to further integrate into the global operator ecosystem, strengthen collaboration with partners, and actively advance the interconnection and capabilities of international networks. We look forward to creating greater value for global enterprises through open and mutually beneficial cooperation.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Supporting pan-Africa communication strategies<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

In Africa, mobile networks are a particularly important communications channel between enterprises and their customers. More than 300 companies make daily use of LAfricaMobile\u2019s<\/a> pan-African multichannel communication platform. Dakar-based LAfricaMobile aims to enable these organisations to create and maintain a strong link with their customers using mobile technologies.  The company, which is joining the GSMA, says it enables businesses and public sector organisations to digitally engage their audiences via messaging (SMS, WhatsApp), inclusion solutions (Voice, USSD, Text-to-speech, Speech-to-text), financial services (airtime, bill payment). Early in Q2 2026, LAfricaMobile has launched its travel eSIM platform offering more than 200 countries’ data access.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\u201cJoining GSMA represents a major milestone in our growth journey,\u201d explains Malick Diouf, CEO of LAfricaMobile. \u201cOur ambition is to effectively connect African markets to global networks while actively contributing to the discussions shaping the future of mobile connectivity. This membership will enable us to accelerate our international expansion and build high-value strategic partnerships.\u201d<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Securing interconnected devices across sectors<\/strong><\/h5>\n\n\n\n

The final new GSMA member featured this month is focused on keeping connected devices and their embedded software secure. RunSafe Security<\/a> says it protects embedded systems across critical infrastructure, delivering automated vulnerability identification, software bill of materials (SBOM) generation, and code hardening to defend the software supply chain and critical systems, without compromising performance. The Virginia-based company\u2019s vision is to make embedded software immune to one of the most prevalent and exploited classes of vulnerabilities, ensuring the security of interconnected devices across various sectors.<\/p>\n\n\n\n
