<\/li><li><b>Password:<\/b> Your user credentials are managed by your organisation&#8217;s IT support team. For password resets, please contact them directly, as they have the necessary access to assist you.&nbsp;<\/li><li><b>Authentication:<\/b> Member Gateway access requires you to authenticate using your organisation&#8217;s login credentials. Once authenticated, you will also need to satisfy Member Gateway&#8217;s own Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) requirements.
