Member Gateway<\/h3>\n\n\n\n

How do I request access and login to Member Gateway?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

To request access, please complete the Online Request Form<\/a>.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Your organisation\u2019s Membership Information Manager (MIM), the designated contact for GSMA membership matters, will review this and you will receive an email notification once approved.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Member Gateway uses Microsoft 365 and Azure Active Directory, allowing you to sign in using your organisation\u2019s credentials (\u201cBring Your Own Identity\u201d).<\/p>\n\n\n\n

Once access has been approved, you can log in to Member<\/a> Gateway.<\/p>\n\n\n\n

When accessing the platform:
\u2022 Sign in with your organisation\u2019s login details.
\u2022 Follow your organisation\u2019s authentication process (if applicable).
\u2022 Complete a secondary Multi-Factor Authentication (MFA) step.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

How do I log into Roaming Gateway?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

\n

To access Roaming Gateway:<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n
  1. To log in to Roaming Gateway:<\/strong><\/li>\n\n\n\n
  2. Request access to Member Gateway and log in.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  3. Navigate to \u2018My Roles<\/strong>\u2019 and request the appropriate Roaming Gateway role.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  4. Access levels vary by feature\u2014roles include Admin<\/strong> and Read Only<\/strong>. Features available in Roaming Gateway include:
    IOT, IR21, OpData, RPI, TD13<\/strong>, and TS25<\/strong>.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  5. Your request will be reviewed by your organisation\u2019s Membership Information Manager (MIM)<\/strong> and you\u2019ll be notified of the outcome via email.<\/li>\n\n\n\n
  6. Once approved, log in to Member<\/a> Gateway and follow the link to Roaming Gateway<\/strong> to begin exploring the platform.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How do I become a member of the GSMA?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n

    Membership of GSMA requires the completion of an application form and needs to be approved by the GSMA technical team. Please submit an application form<\/a> or contact membership@gsma.com<\/a> to find out more about how your organisation can become a Member.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How much is the GSMA Membership fee?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    How long does it take our Membership application to be processed?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    Our membership team will be in touch with you once we receive your application. The whole process would normally take between 2-4 weeks.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How do I control the emails I receive from GSMA?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n

    You can control the emails you receive by visiting the GSMA preference centre<\/a>. Here you can manage your email preferences, update your contact details or unsubscribe from individual or all GSMA communications.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    What will happen if I do not pay in time?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    \n

    Your Member Gateway account will initially be suspended and then discontinued as a GSMA Member if there is non-payment of Membership fees, which will remove all GSMA Member benefits and you will have to re-join as a new Member if you wish to continue your GSMA Membership.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n

    How do I renew my Membership?<\/p>\n\n\n\n

    The GSMA Membership year runs from 1 April to 31 March the following year. All GSMA members will have their membership automatically renewed on the commencement of a new membership year unless notice to cancel the membership is received at least four weeks prior.<\/p>\n<\/div><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n
