The achievements of our Working Groups shape the future of mobile, and these awards are a fantastic opportunity to recognise the individuals who make that progress possible.\u00a0As this is the inaugural year of the awards, I encourage you to get involved and nominate your peers to ensure their contributions are celebrated.<\/p><cite class=\"author-name\"><strong>Ian Pannell, Chief Engineer, GSMA.<\/strong><\/cite><\/blockquote><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:50px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-columns is-layout-flex wp-container-core-columns-is-layout-3 wp-block-columns-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-criteria\">Criteria<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominees will be assessed based on the examples provided that&nbsp;demonstrate&nbsp;one or more of the following:&nbsp;<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Demonstrated commitment and reliable participation within GSMA Working Groups.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Clear&nbsp;instances&nbsp;of going above and beyond, creating measurable impact.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Innovative ideas or approaches that have shaped or influenced new directions.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Positive influence on collaboration, encouraging wider engagement across members.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Early impact from newer members, showing strong potential for future leadership.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Exceptional contributions that advance technology for the benefit of the telco industry.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Leadership that inspires others, acting as a role model for peers and future generations.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Active support for the Working Groups community through mentoring, volunteering, or developing others.&nbsp;<\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-column is-layout-flow wp-block-column-is-layout-flow\">\n<h2 class=\"wp-block-heading\" id=\"h-requirements\">Requirements<\/h2>\n\n\n\n<p>Nominees and nominators must meet the following requirements to be eligible for the Working Groups recognition awards 2026:<\/p>\n\n\n\n<ul class=\"wp-block-list\">\n<li>Nominee must be both a GSMA member&nbsp;and an active member of a Working Group at the time of submission.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Nominator must be a GSMA member and a member of a Working Group.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Members nominate fellow Working Group colleagues but&nbsp;cannot nominate someone from their own company.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>Only one nomination per member organisation will be accepted.&nbsp;<\/li>\n\n\n\n<li>All entries must be&nbsp;submitted&nbsp;via Member Gateway by <strong>27 February 2026.&nbsp;<\/strong><\/li>\n<\/ul>\n<\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div class=\"wp-block-buttons is-layout-flex wp-block-buttons-is-layout-flex\">\n<div class=\"wp-block-button\"><a class=\"wp-block-button__link wp-element-button\">Nominations are now closed<\/a><\/div>\n<\/div>\n\n\n\n<div style=\"height:100px\" aria-hidden=\"true\" class=\"wp-block-spacer\"><\/div>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Haven\u2019t&nbsp;got access to Member Gateway?&nbsp;GSMA Members can request access <a href=\"https:\/\/www.gsma.com\/get-involved\/gsma-membership\/make-a-difference\/member-gateway\/\" target=\"_blank\" rel=\"noreferrer noopener\">here<\/a>.<\/strong><\/p>\n\n\n\n<p><strong>Not a member?
