Head of IoT, Identity and Big Data, GSMA
Richard heads an international team at the GSMA and is responsible for developing new innovative products and services beyond the core network in IoT, Identity and Big Data for the mobile ecosystem.
As the key lead for GSMA engagements in the vertical industries, specifically; FinTech, Automotive, Aviation and Manufacturing, Richard has recently launched the GSMA Innovation Foundry, creating a collaborative platform for GSMA members and partners to work together on the major challenges facing the industry.
In addition, Richard is responsible for the GSMA’s Strategy Group which regularly convenes to address strategic topics within the industry and supports the GSMA Board.

Head of Operator Partnership APAC, Infobip
Experienced telecom solutions manager, passionate about engineering and new technologies, driven by creativity and innovation. Having telecommunications experience with an understanding of business issues currently facing mobile operators, especially around A2P business, monetisation challenges, and new innovative enterprise solutions.
Elma is a consulting professional with a Master in Telecommunication engineering. Skilled in Mobile Communications, Business Development, Project Management, Negotiation and Leadership.
Snehashis Khan
Head of Data Partnerships APAC & ME, TeleSign
Snehashis Khan is a leader and strategist with more than 18 years of experience in the IT, Telecom, and Fintech industries. As Head of Data Partnerships, APAC & ME at TeleSign, he plays a major role in driving cross-functional synergies and establishing new relationships in the data industry. Prior to TeleSign, Khan was with HCL, Vodafone, and Experian setting up and scaling operations into sustainable and profitable businesses. He has spoken at several industry events including GSMA and the Location World Conference.
Viktorija Radman
Telecom Solutions Director, Infobip
Viktorija Radman is a Telecom Solutions Director at Infobip, focusing entirely on the emerging Mobile Identity technology. In this role, her main mission is to evangelize MI to mobile operators by driving technical integration and go-to-market activities, coordinating various teams at Infobip and their mobile operator counterparts.
Before joining Infobip, Viktorija had a successful career at Ericsson Nikola Tesla, the Croatia-based arm of the Swedish networking giant, where she started as a software engineer, advancing ultimately to the senior solution architect role.
Viktorija holds a degree in telecommunications from the prestigious Faculty of Electrical Engineering and Computing in Zagreb, Croatia.
Ilya Kravtsov
CEO, PouchNATION
Ilya Kravtsov is an experienced professional within mobile/internet space with many years of experience split between TMT Management Consulting, Telecoms and IT Startups. Currently Ilya Kravtsov is leading PouchNATION (pouchnation.com), Singapore based tech company specialized in Crowd Management Technologies, IoT, Contactless Payments, and Behavioral Analytics. Previous to its current role Ilya Kravtsov worked as Head of Commercial Strategy for XL-Axiata, 2 Bln USD in revenue Telecom operator and as a Management Consultant for Delta Partners, a leading advisory firm in emerging markets focusing on TMT (Telecoms-Media-Technology) industry. Other experiences include: advising several Venture Capital funds in South East Asia (Ruvento, InvestIdea); working for General Electric (finance department)
