Helene Vigue is Identity and Data Director at the GSMA. Since 2014 she has assisted mobile operators worldwide with their mobile identity initiatives. Her purpose is to connect the mobile identity ecosystem and facilitate collaboration. Before joining the GSMA, Helene held multiple technology and business roles at Orange. This included mobile handset launches, global strategy and digital services delivery.

Onur is Digital Identity Technologies Associate Director at Turkcell responsible for the technical dimensions of his company’s central customer identity verification platform named Fast login. He joined Turkcell in 2005. His past roles were related to Mobile Signature(Electronic Signature generated by SIM card), mobile payment using SIM cards(NFC, SIM Menu), SIM management systems(OTA, RFM, RAM), value added call services included video calls during the adoption of 3G. He is a graduate of the Computer Engineering Department of the Bosphorus Universiy. He also holds an MSc in Computer Sciences from the University of Texas at Austin.

Banu Gören is the Associate Director of Digital Identity & Business Services at Turkcell. Her role is to develop & implement new business services and strategies and to help the growth of mobile signature, fastlogin and consumer& corporate e-mail solutions..

She is experienced in identity product management, digital advertising services, database marketing, value-added services and mobile marketing.

Her areas of interest include researching adoption factors of digital services, specifically digital advertising, identity, mobile signature, messaging and location-based services.

Goren received her degree in Information Systems and a Masters in Management & Information Systems from Bogazici University.
