Leveraging the New Mobile Horizon – Connecting Latin America through Mobile
As we approach MWC13 in which our region will continue increasing its profile. The Ministerial Programme will support us with the “Latin America Regional Summit 2013: Leveraging the New Mobile Horizon – Connecting Latin America Through Mobile” on Tuesday, February 26.
The summit will constitute an interactive discussion between panellists and the audience with the participation of high Latin American government, operators senior executives and regulatory agencies representatives. Among the featured speakers will be:
- Paulo Bernardo, Minister of Communications of Brazil
- Edwin Castillo, National Director of Telecommunications, ASEP (Panamá)
- Antonio Carlos Valente, President of Telefónica Brazil
- Pedro Ripper, VP of New Business and Innovation, Oi
- Doyle Gallegos, Global Practice Leader of the TICS sector of the World Bank
- Antonio Garcia Zaballos, Leader Specialist in Telecommunications, BID
