Regulatory Modernisation for a Digital Society

Future-proof regulatory frameworks will reduce regulatory asymmetries and promote competition, innovation and investment in the digital ecosystem.

The GSMA, through its Regulatory Modernisation programme, proposes a series of recommendations to progress towards telecommunications policies that will allow more people to connect to the enormous benefits of mobile internet access.
