Roaming Quality

The quality of the roaming and long international distance service is perceived by the final customer. However, the mobile operator nowadays can control in an autonomous way only a part of the chain needed to offer the service.

In order to carry out a call / SMS / Data Session in roaming it is needed a good functioning of the visited network, signaling suppliers, GRX, long distance carrier/s and of the own network. Additionally, with the application of new tools and platforms that are inserted in this chain, it is needed also the good functioning of other actors (Services of Traffic steering, VHE, etc.)
