Jonathan Adelstein is the Managing Director and Head of Global Policy and Public Investment for Digital Bridge. Jonathan was President and CEO of WIA for 10 years before joining Digital Bridge in June of 2022. Chaz Kramer, VP of Product Management for Zayo, is an experienced product manager and commercial leader for digital infrastructure and telecommunications. Chaz leads Zayo’s Fiber and Transport Product Portfolio. In addition he has vast experience in: long haul dark fiber expansion including rural expansion; hyperscale ecosystem development; and E-Rate and other federal funding vehicles.

Jesse Nichols is a Managing Director in Houlihan Lokey’s Global Technology Group focusing on the Digital Infrastructure space. Houlihan Lokey’s Digital Infrastructure team is one of the most active advisors in the sector, having provided counsel on more than 25 transactions totalling approximately $13 billion in 2021 and having been active in the sector for more than 20 years. The practice covers numerous industry subsectors, including fiber, fixed wireless, cable, data centers, managed services, wireless infrastructure, wireless and spectrum, digital infrastructure services, and communications software.
