Cerillion Launches Interconnect Managed Service

Cerillion Technologies, a leading provider of next generation customer management and billing systems, has today unveiled its new Interconnect Managed Service as a key tool for Communications Services Providers (CSPs) to optimise their business operations. Built upon Cerillion’s own carrier-grade Interconnect Manager product, the managed service provides a dedicated team of interconnect experts to help maximise operating margins and improve revenue assurance.

Cerillion Interconnect Manager is a complete solution for managing interconnect agreements to improve overall profitability. From rapid production of interconnect bills for inbound traffic, to efficient reconciliation of bills for outbound traffic, it provides all the tools needed to negotiate new and improved agreements that make a real difference to the bottom line. Interconnect Manager also enables improved cash flow through accurate billing and prompt settlement, and helps to maximise the Return on Investment (RoI) for existing network assets.

With such a broad array of network technologies and the multitude of network routing options now available, CSPs must take control of their the interconnect operations or risk being marginalised by more efficient competitors. Cerillion’s Interconnect Managed Service offers significant benefits to CSPs in both emerging markets and mature markets, providing a proactive approach to managing interconnect agreements and optimising network routing.

“Interconnect billing and settlement is a key area where CSPs can improve their operating margins, however many are unable to do so due to the scarcity of suitably skilled resources or the limitations of what are often home grown interconnect systems,” commented Louis Hall, CEO, Cerillion Technologies. “Through our proven Interconnect Manager product and our expert operational resources we are ideally placed to help CSPs regain the interconnect initiative and create a competitive advantage.”
