IPification One-Click Phone Verification Integrated Within Delivero, the First Package Delivery Super App in Serbia

HONG KONG – The one-click, passwordless mobile authentication and phone verification solution IPification was just integrated within Delivero, the first package delivery super app in Serbia. The latest version of Delivero just successfully exited its Beta test of new features and is planned to be officially launched early next month.

Delivero is the first company in the region to work on the digital transformation of the delivery industry with a mobile-first, user-centric approach. The company aims to create a package delivery ecosystem by establishing a super-transparent, easy-to-use, effective platform between end-users, sellers, and delivery service providers.

The people behind Delivero, Živko Gvozdenović, and Marko Purić are seasoned UI/UX designers who also co-founded their design agency earlier. Drawing on their personal experiences with courier services, they wanted to help alleviate the frustrations end-users experience with courier services and elevate the entire ecosystem to the next, mobile-driven level.

Delivero enables users to track the exact location of their package in real-time and communicate with the courier service. It enables the courier agents to more easily manage their deliveries, and the courier service providers to digitalize their businesses, track their deliveries and improve the user experience for their customers. For the product sellers that want to integrate, the experience is simple as well. It brings transparency and ease of use to businesses sending their packages to end-users via various courier services.

IPification is a passwordless, one-click mobile identity solutions provider that reaches more than 350 million devices in more than 12 markets globally. Instead of using SMS OTP to verify their phone number, end-users will now be able to do so with only one click. Developed with security, user experience, and data privacy in mind, IPification helps service providers like Delivero improve their user adoption, retention, and engagement rates.

“Since we specialize in user experience, we knew right away that user-centric was the path we wanted to take. With its state-of-the-art phone verification technology, IPification was the perfect match for our development ideology,” said Živko Gvozdenović, Delivero founder and CEO. “We’re just about to publicly launch Delivero with its new features and the first user tests with IPification one-click phone verification resulted in WOW effect, where users couldn’t believe how simple it was and that there is no waiting for the OTP”.

“IPification loves innovation and we’re very proud to partner with Delivero and support their growth,” added Stefan Kostić, IPification CEO. “More importantly, it’s amazing to see another user-centric company whose vision is so complementary to that of IPification. I am sure the future is bright for Delivero and we’re looking forward to the official launch!”
