Member Information Manager (MIM) and Deputy MIM

- Your organisation’s MIM and Deputy MIM are responsible for user management (approving and assigning roles) and maintaining details for your organisation
- For requests to access Member Gateway for your organisation please contact your MIM or Deputy MIM
- For TD.13 Administrator, TS.25 Administrator roles and any roles for RAEX IOT/OpData/IR.21/IR.85 please contact your MIM or Deputy MIM

- NEW – Multi Factor Authentication (MFA) issues:
- If you are encountering issues with MFA, for example if you have recently changed your mobile device and can no longer receive the MFA prompt, please select the new option on the Form Request – “MFA Reset for Member Gateway (e.g. new phone/device)” – as this will allow us to send your query directly to the relevant team within GSMA.
