Newbury technology specialist Lifecycle Software Ltd is pleased to announce that it was acquired by the Volaris Group on 6th January 2020, as an exciting addition to their Comms & Media group.
Having set up Lifecycle 25 years ago, Managing Director Kim Craven has been exploring how to continue the phenomenal growth achieved in the past 3 years, concluding that external investment would secure the best future for the company, its customers and its employees.
