Webinar: Mitigating Conflict Minerals in Supply Chains

Conflict minerals in supply chains are under new scrutiny. Recent EU legislation requires companies to ensure the responsible sourcing of tin, tantalum, tungsten and gold, as well as provide greater transparency within the mineral supply chain.

These minerals, also known as ‘3TG’ are found in common electronics such as phones, computers, GPS devices, calculators, microwave ovens, televisions, batteries, watches and wires. Organisations involved in mining minerals through to sourcing products with these minerals will be affected by this new legislation, including buyers in the UK.

Join our webinar with European law firm Fieldfisher LLP to learn more about conflict minerals in supply chains including, what conflict minerals are, what the new EU legislation entails and how to mitigate supply chain risk through responsible sourcing practices.
