The 6 countries whose delegations were present during the deliberations included:

• Sudan
• Qatar
• Kuwait
• Palestine
• Jordan
The GSMA delegation totaled 8 people and together with the delegates was hosted to a dinner with the new Minister of ICT in Jordan, Eng. Mothana Gharaibeh in a restaurant at the Jordan Heritage Foundation, a non-profit organization.
