Madeleine is Insights Manager within the Connected Society Programme, producing research and analysis across the programme’s focus areas. Madeleine joined the GSMA in 2014 working for the Connected Women Programme, and has previously conducted research analysis for Plan UK and worked with organisational development and field research in East and Southern Africa. Madeleine holds a Master’s Degree in Development Administration and Planning from University College London and a Bachelor in Peace and Development Studies from Linnaeus University.
