Downloading applications is the first step to setting up the mobile internet experience on a device. This module highlights how to download apps to empower users to create their personalised mobile internet experience.
By the end of this module, your trainees will:
- Understand what mobile apps are and be familiar with their different purposes including for communicating, finding information, financial purposes, buying and selling online, and accessing government services.
- Be able to navigate to the Google Play Store, search for and download new apps.
- Understand that some apps are free and some must be paid for.
This module was originally developed for people in India, in collaboration with Jio.
