This case study tells the story of NGO BRAC Bangladesh partnering with operator Robi Axiata and the British Council to develop and launch an mEducation value-added service (VAS) for adolescent girls. Developed with the support of a GSMA Connected Women Innovation Fund grant, the service has now been evaluated by the Connected Women team to assess the social benefits (so far) for women in Bangladesh, the commercial benefits for Robi, and the potential future impact of the service. This case study reports on the results of this evaluation, which was conducted two months after launch.
