The GSMA, with the support of the UK Government, is delighted to announce the launch of our newest programme, Mobile Enabled Community Services (MECS). Drawing on the strong foundation of the Green Power for Mobile and Community Power from Mobile Programmes, MECS explores how the mobile industry can support access to both energy and water services in off-grid areas.
