Raj Gollamudi is Director of Investments at the philanthropic investment firm Omidyar Network, where he oversees mobile technology investments in emerging markets. He invests in technology platforms that can bring the power of mobile technology to underserved populations and make a significant impact in areas including education, health, agriculture, and information.

Maja Andjelkovic is a doctoral student at the Oxford Internet Institute. Maja previously was a project officer with the International Institute for Sustainable Development.  She will be speaking about the World Bank article she co-authored, Mobile Entrepreneurship and Employment.
