Regina is responsible for maintaining the smooth run of the Mobile for Humanitarian Innovation programme, focusing on supporting the team with their day-to-day activities.

Before joining the Mobile for Development team, Regina was employed as a delegate liaison at the GSMA’s Ministerial Programme team. Prior to moving to London, she was based in Moscow, working for a large British INGO and then in diplomacy.

Regina has a Master’s degree in International Politics (Globalisation, Poverty and Development) from Newcastle University and a Bachelor’s degree in international relations from the Russian State University for the Humanities. She went through additional training in global governance and gender in macroeconomics. Regina has also previously volunteered with a refugee service in Newcastle.
